Fred & Tom The Label is a small business founded and run by a mum. We kindly ask that you choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds.
If you have selected the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel, subject to stock availability. Please note that headwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance and returned in original condition with tags attached.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your item arrives safely. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES
We check each item as we pack your order to ensure products
meet our high-quality standards but if you believe you've received a faulty
item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. After
inspection, we will take the appropriate measures, which may include a refund

SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale are FINAL. This includes full-priced
items purchased on sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credit notes for
these items, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Fred & Tom website. If you have made a purchase through a third-party
retailer or distributor, their refund policy and procedures may apply.
