Regular Post: AU$12.95 flat rate

Express Post: AU$17.95 flat rate

Free Shipping

Domestic orders over $160 receive free regular shipping via Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping

At Fred & Tom, we ship to all destinations within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow your delivery.

International Shipping

We don't offer international shipping just yet, but plan to in the future.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack your order. As a small team (one mum), we appreciate your patience. Please note that this timeframe excludes public holidays and busy periods, such as collection launches, where processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

If you have paid for express shipping, it will be fast tracked once it is in the hands of Australia Post, but it doesn't change the sequence in which we pack the orders.

We do not take responsibility for delays within the Australia Post network. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in theirs!

Pre Orders

Orders that contain pre-order items will be shipped when all items are in stock and shipped together. Please place separate orders if you would prefer for in-stock items to ship quickly.
